Delete your Reckon account
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data. There is no fee, and you do not need to reinstall the app.
Delete inside the app
- Open Reckon and go to Settings.
- Select Account, then Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
This is the quickest option when you can still access your account.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address connected to your Apple or Google sign-in. Include your Reckon handle if you know it.
Request account deletionWe may ask you to verify account ownership. Never send us your Apple or Google password, authentication code, or recovery key.
What happens next
- Your profile, predictions and other account data are deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days.
- Historical league entries are replaced with a deleted-user placeholder.
- Limited moderation, security or legally required records may be retained for the periods explained in our Privacy Policy.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
